Below is a list of the most significant changes being made to service pricing starting next month.

• There will no longer be an Economy Photo service. Instead, the Standard Photo service will cover properties ranging from 1 – 3,000 square feet and will cost $200. The Luxury Photo service will cover properties 3,001 – 5,000 sq ft ($300), and the Estate Photo service will cover properties 5,001 – 7,000 sq ft ($400). This price includes blue sky and minor lawn edits, which will now come standard with all photography appointments.
• Two video options will be available, Social Media video and Cinematic video. Social Media videos will focus on short-form video (60 sec or less) and Cinematic video will be long-form video (2-3 minute videos). Both services will include options for original music, aerial video, agent introductions, and graphics.
• Commercial photography and Architectural/Design appointment pricing is now based on an hourly rate, not property square footage.
• A 3% surcharge will be added to credit card payments to cover transaction fees. Cash or check payment options will also be available.
